Frequently asked questions

What do you charge? TorNino’s charges a price per person depending on the meal selected.

Do I have to serve a meal? Most often, a meal is required. On occasion, we will waive this requirement, but a charge for the use of our facility would be imposed... All prices are based on the meal that you select subject to surcharge and sales tax.

How many people can you accommodate? Our minimum is 50 guests. We can accommodate up to 450/500, depending on other items that may take up space in the banquet room.

How many rooms do you have? TorNino’s has one large room (The Don Francesco), which can be divided into 1/3 (The Mark Anthony Room) and 2/3 (The Raphael Room).

What are your time frames? Usually 10:00AM-4:00PM, serving a luncheon; or 6:00PM-12:00AM, serving a dinner. TorNino’s also offers breakfasts.

When can I get in to decorate the room? For a daytime event, usually 9:00AM; for an evening event, 5:00PM. This really depends what we have scheduled before your event. Please ask our catering staff relative to your specific function.

Do you cater out? No, TorNino’s is not equipped to cater outside events.

Can I bring in an outside caterer? No, TorNino’s does not allow outside caterers; you must purchase your food from us.

Can I bring in a band or a D.J.? Yes, you may bring in whom ever you would like to play at your event.

What size is your dance floor? The Don Francesco and Raphael have at stationery dance floor; it is 24’ x 32’; the Mark Anthony room has a portable dance floor which measures 9’ x 15’.

Can I bring in my own wine? Yes you may bring in your own Wine Champagne or Sparkling Cider for a corkage fee of $5.00 (plus tax and surcharge) per bottle. These are the only beverages we allow you to bring in.

Do you charge a Bar Set up Fee? Is there a minimum at the bar? TorNino’s does not have a bar set-up fee and there are no minimums required.

Can I bring in a keg of beer? No.

What is your Cake Cutting fee? We charge a cake cutting fee of $1.00 per person plus tax and surcharge.

When do I have to give a guarantee? Your guarantee is required 3 working days before your event.

Do you only set up for the number that I guarantee? We will set up and prepare for 5% more than your guarantee. You will pay for the number that we serve or the number you guarantee, which ever is greater.

Can we bring in our own ethnic Hors D’oeuvres? Yes, you may bring in three items, which must be trayed and ready to go on the hors d’oeuvre table. We cannot be responsible for any hors d’oeuvres provided by the engager.
